The goal of this page is to give you an overview of coaching, leadership, and how I approach my work.
The International Coaching Federation defines coaching as “partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential.” Coaching is an ongoing relationship where results are a matter of your intentions, choices and actions, combined with my application of the coaching process.
